Billing

Cloud servers are generally prepaid per chosen cycle (e.g. monthly). At order time support specifies the amount, term and included resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, etc.).

Refund principle

If you're unsatisfied or hit a problem, contact support first to explain, and we'll handle it reasonably and responsibly. Whether and how much can be refunded usually depends on time used, plan type and promotion terms.

Typically non-refundable

• Orders heavily used or well into their cycle;
• Services actioned for terms violations (abuse, illegal use);
• Special, promotional or custom plans with separate terms.
